A new restaurant in Greenhills Promenade promises its customers great quality gourmet comfort food. From Salad, Burritos, and Pastas to US Angus beef belly and BBQ Ribs, the wide variety of dishes will surely make it hard for you to decide which one to try first… but why not try all?
Every dish is meticulously hand-crafted by the head chef with her food-loving husband as the critic. No doubt that each one is done with love and passion. The couple wants nothing more than simply for you to try and enjoy all their entrées. Here are a few:

Potato and Leeks Soup (Php 150.00)

“Fresh Potato Leeks pureed with cream topped with bacon.”

Potayto, potahto, they’re all the same… except for this one. Creamy, fresh, and rich in flavor. Top it off with cheese and bacon? You get the perfect appetizer!

Pumpkin Soup (Php 140.00)

“Pumpkin pureed with cream.”

My favorite. I always look for pumpkin soup on every menu. Healthy and tasty at the same time. Creamy, delicious and velvety-smooth. Just the way pumpkin soup should be!

Huey BBQ Ribs (Php 350.00)

“Tender smokey barbequed pork rib served with rice or mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables.”

Meat that falls off the bone. You’ll be able to taste the delicious barbeque flavor down to the very last bite. It’s marinated and cooked perfectly.

Fish Fillet Siliana (Php 220.00)

“Pan-seared white cobble fillet with tomato, olive, mushroom, garlic, and a drizzle of olive oil.”

The fish is so soft that it melts in your mouth. Tomato sauce is spot on. The flavor’s not too strong, which is a good thing.

US Angus Beef Belly (Php 380.00)

“Slow cooked roast beef served with demi-glace sauce, rice or mashed potatoes, and sautéed vegetables.”

As one of the restaurant’s best-sellers, this dish won’t disappoint your beef-y cravings. It’s not every day you’ll find a restaurant that serves beef belly. The meat is flavorful even without the sauce, but combining them makes an impeccably delicious entrée.

Warm Brownie (Php 150.00)

“Dark Belgian chocolate topped with vanilla ice cream and chocolate drizzle.”

For all the chocolate lovers out there, this one’s for you. Under the delicious scoop of vanilla ice cream is a glorious serving of crunchy-at-the-top, warm-and-gooey-at-the-bottom Dark Belgian chocolate brownie waiting for you to devour every bit of its goodness. Can you imagine it already?
